Technical Sales Representative

We offer an extensive catalog of catalysts in a wide range of applications. Our customers are the world’s largest pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies, including Pfizer, Novartis, Merck & Co., Johnson & Johnson, AstraZeneca, and Bayer. We are also a preferred partner for many universities and non-profit institutes.

Summary 

We are looking for a Technical Sales Representative to implement our sales strategies, establish contact with customers, and provide product data according to customer needs. 

Main Tasks 

• Responsible for handling customer orders from quote generation to product dispatch, maintaining a good customer relationship.
• Coordinate and respond to customer requests for order progress, invoice adjustments, product quality issues and data updates.
• Responsible for handling customer needs related to quote-related documents, regulations and technical support. 

Education/Qualifications Required 

• Majored in catalysts or related fields, advanced degrees are preferred.
• Chemical professional background, must be able to provide professional technical support.
• General knowledge of chemical and biotech industries / applications and extensive catalyst product knowledge.
• Ability to result in satisfying customer response.
• Strong and proficient expression, facilitation and organization skills are required.
• Excellent teamwork and experience in customer service; demonstrated professionalism; treat others with respect and dignity.
